Where will my lesson be held?​​ All lessons take place online using a platform called Funclass. Funclass is a web-based classroom hosting platform which is available from any browser - no installation necessary! After booking your first lesson on eslwithzoe.com, you will receive a one-time sign up link to register and join the Funclass platform. Once signed up, students can easily see their dashboard and join lessons.

How do I book a lesson? Upon purchasing a lesson or lesson package, it will be automatically added to your account. You can easily view all available time slots through your eslwithzoe.com account and select the ones that best suit your child's schedule. Simply choose and book your preferred sessions directly from your account, making it convenient to manage and secure lesson times.

I’m unable to find an available time slot on the booking calendar? Classes are available Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM (UTC). When accessing the booking calendar, all available time slots will be automatically adjusted to your local timezone—no manual conversions needed! Lessons can be booked up to three weeks in advance and up until 12 hours before the session starts. Be sure to book early to secure your preferred time!

Are group lessons available? All lessons are currently one-on-one, ensuring personalized attention and a learning experience tailored to your child's needs. However, if you're interested in group lessons, feel free to reach out—I may explore offering them in the future!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson? We understand that schedules can change, and we’re happy to accommodate adjustments when possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice to allow us to make necessary adjustments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the session being considered completed and deducted from your lesson balance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process. What if I arrive late to class? No worries if you're running late—we'll continue the lesson with the remaining time available. However, please note that the session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure the next lesson is not affected. The lesson will be considered completed and deducted from your lesson balance.

What levels are available? We currently offer lessons for all levels from Pre-K and phonics up to C2 proficiency. We look forward to expanding our offerings in the future!
